RFI-26-00002: Artificial Intelligence for Radiographic Testing Film Interpretation
BlueForge Alliance is seeking market-ready AI solutions that can help accelerate the review of radiographic testing images across the Submarine Industrial Base.
The Submarine Industrial Base has a significant backlog of radiographic testing images that need to be evaluated to confirm the quality and conformance of critical components. BlueForge Alliance is issuing this RFI to identify companies in the medical, aerospace, defense, and industrial AI sectors with mature software capable of interpreting RT images and improving review throughput. BFA is especially interested in existing, market-ready AI/ML solutions that can identify discontinuities, characterize defect size and type, integrate with commercial RT review software, and support qualified Level II and Level III personnel by reducing the time required for image interpretation. Vendors with proven, ready-to-implement capabilities are encouraged to respond.
