BlueForge Alliance Announces Leadership Change

BRYAN/COLLEGE STATION, Texas - BlueForge Alliance (BFA), a mission-driven partner committed to accelerating uplift of the nation’s defense industrial base, today announced Co-founder and current co-CEO Rob Gorham will assume the duties of President and sole CEO.

Co-founder Kiley Wren has stepped down from his role as President and co-Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective September 2, 2025. Wren served in this position since November 2022 and was instrumental in the formation and growth of BFA.  

Rob Gorham will continue to lead BFA in serving the U.S. Navy in support of their mission to deliver improved shipbuilding capacity through initiatives focused on Workforce Development, Advanced Technology, and Supply Chain Optimization.

Gorham is a defense industry veteran who has served in key leadership roles spearheading strategic manufacturing initiatives at Lockheed Martin, America Makes – the National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Institute operated by National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining, and the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station.
